An Upper Devonian age fossil ammonoid from the Atlas Mountains of Morocco.
This specimen has been extensively repaired. Prepared in Morocco.
The suture pattern and shape of the conch suggest that this is an example of Ponticeras Matern, 1929, Suborder Anarcestina Miller & Furnish, 1954, Family Gephuroceratidae Frech, 1901.
