Globidens aegypticus Tooth

Globidens aegypticus:

A rare pristine 1 inch fossil tooth from the Cretaceous mosasaur Globidens aegypticus.  The tooth is complete.  Globidens teeth were designed to crush shells and thus did not need the sharp edges of the flesh eating mosasaur species.  The tooth has not been repaired or restored in any way.
