Cleoniceras besairiei

Cleoniceras (Grycia) besairiei (Collignon, 1949): A 2 inch (5.1 cm) example of Cleoniceras besairiei. This fossil is from Madagascar where it was recovered and processed. The fossil has been cut in half and all surfaces polished. This thin specimen weighs about one ounce for the two halves. (Both are included.)
