Cleoniceras besairiei

Cleoniceras (Grycia) besairiei (Collignon, 1949):  A whole 2.7" (6.9 cm) x 2.1" (5.3 cm) x .7" (1.8 cm) Cleoniceras besairiei ammonite.  The ammonite has been cleaned and polished with most of the shell remaining intact.  This is a mid-Cretaceous, Albian Age ammonite recovered and prepared in Madagascar.
