Return Policy

Oh No! If you are here we've messed up! Don't be distressed like our little buddy here.
Manzanita Lab believes firmly that long-term relationships are far more important than short-term profits.
Our policy is to accept returns of items purchased from us within thirty days of the purchase if they are returned in the condition that they were sent. No reason is needed; we would appreciate it if you would tell us what is wrong, but we'll never ask for justification.  Please e-mail Manzanita Lab Sales to ensure we know what to expect. When the items are received in the original condition, we will refund your total purchase price.

Note: Without time limit, if any item purchased from Manzanita Lab ever turns out to not be as originally described, we will take the item back and refund the total purchase cost.
